She has a passion for helping others build their business step-by-step and has undertaken studies on the psychology of sales. Tess loves imparting her knowledge to others and works extensively within the aesthetic and spa industry teaching therapists how to offer exceptional client services alongside the  Germaine de Capuccini brand.
